New Store - Grand Opening

RALS Hypermarket is a standard and licensed Hypermarket business that is located in between one of the largest residential estates and in Bin Shabib mall with 900 residential plots located in Al Qusais crossroad with 360-degree access to the mall from all surrounding including part of the neighboring emirate Sharjah. We have successfully secured a standard sales area around 5000 square meters in two levels and Mall facility that is big enough to fit into the design of the kind of Hypermarket that we inaugurated for our valued customers.

RALS Hypermarket retails a wide range of consumer products and durable non – food range at affordable prices from different brands and manufacturers in the market. We are aware that there are several large and small chains of supermarket / grocery store outlets all around catchment area which is why we spent time and resources to conduct a thorough feasibility studies and market survey so we can be well – prepared to offer much more than our competitors will be offering. We will make available self – service options for our customers, and various payments of options in the future.

Apart from retailing the goods and products of top brands in the manufacturing and food industry, our customer care is planned to keep in highest appreciable stage. We know that our customers are the reason why we are in business which is why we will go the extra mile to get them satisfied when they visit our store and to become our loyal customers.

We are aware of the trend in the retail / supermarket store industry, and we are not only going to operate a system where our customers would have to come to our store to make purchase or whatever they want but we will also plan in the future to operate an online store and our customers can order goods cum groceries online and they will get it delivered to their doorsteps.

Although the business is launching out one outlet in Al Qusais, there is a plan to open chains of supermarket stores across the United Arab Emirates in the nearest future.
