This smoothie contains lots of vitamins and antioxidants for immune system support. The ingredients may already be available in your kitchen or you can add them to your next grocery shopping list and visit us at RALS Hypermarket.
1 carrot – washed, peeled, and chopped into little bits
1 banana – peeled and chopped
1 whole clementine – peeled and separated
1-inch knob fresh ginger – peeled and grated
6 to 8 ounces of freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
¼ tsp turmeric powder
⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
⅓ cup plain yoghurt
1 cup ice – optional
